How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 4-6 weeks from order confirmation. This includes sourcing, quality control, and coordinated shipping of all components.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Australia. Contact us for other locations.
Can I customize an environment?
Yes. All environments can be modified. Contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a custom quote.
What about installation?
Professional installation is available as an add-on ($499). Our team will set up your entire environment, including cable management and calibration.
What warranty do you offer?
All environments include a 2-year component warranty. Apex environments include 5-year coverage. Individual component warranties may be longer.
